Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.

As a Strategic Business Operations Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards
  • Assist in budget preparation and management
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as proven experience in data management, finance, and advanced Excel work. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, and other relevant tools.
