Strategic Operations Lead

This senior-level role is responsible for leading support functions or operations for multiple business units and contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives. The Strategic Operations Lead will ensure efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience and excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. They will be highly organized with demonstrable project management skills and possess unquestionable ethics.

About the Team:

The team has responsibility for supporting the business in the facilitation of key governance and control activities across multiple regions. This team is focused on managing the execution of front-line business controls and programs that address non-financial risk across the region.
