Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Lead to drive the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns. This role demands expertise in people management, data analysis, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management & Ad Operations
    • Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns across multiple regions.
    • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize campaign ROI and meet client objectives.
    • Collaborate with regional teams to align on campaign goals and market-specific strategies.
    • Establish error control mechanisms, including quality assurance processes and automated validation tools to minimize campaign errors.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Manage and mentor a team of Operations Specialists handling transactional tasks.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
    • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights
    • Use data insights to recommend strategies that enhance campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
    • Monitor error trends and leverage data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
    • Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders and clients.
  • Client & Regional Coordination
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of their needs.
    • Coordinate with regional teams to address market-specific challenges and opportunities.
    • Bauild strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and measurable results.
  • Strategic Planning & Process Improvement
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
    • Contribute to strategic plans to drive business growth and elevate campaign performance.
    • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to junior team members.
