Key Responsibilities:

">

- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by supporting critical administrative and operational functions, including calendar planning, global stakeholder coordination, travel, and expense management

">

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between internal/external stakeholders

">

- Manage and strengthen relationships with vendors, industry bodies, and ecosystem partners to support external-facing strategy

">

- Drive execution strategies for key initiatives such as campus programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, CSR campaigns, and cultural engagement based on leadership direction

">

- Support strategic travel planning and logistics for both local and international leadership visits, ensuring seamless end-to-end coordination

">

- Serve as the point of contact for leadership in LA and other global locations, ensuring consistent alignment and proactive updates

">

- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and accuracy while executing leadership mandates

">

- Align day-to-day office operations strategy with broader business goals, ensuring administrative efficiency and continuity

">

- Handle confidential and time-sensitive projects that have direct business impact

">

Candidate Profile:

">

- 8+ years of relevant experience in executive operations, strategic administration, or business support, preferably within high-growth or global organizations

">

- Proven experience managing CXO-level stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional alignment

">

- Strong strategic mindset with excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

">

- High levels of discretion, integrity, and an ability to manage sensitive information

">

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel) and adept at handling remote coordination tools

">

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/advanced certifications are a plus

">

- Comfortable working in high-intensity roles with shifting priorities
