Strategic Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Manager to join our Operating Committee in Hyderabad, India.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business initiatives under senior leadership guidance.
  • Program and manage multiple strategic initiatives, driving further efficiencies at scale.
  • Keep the Operating Committee updated on major initiatives, planning and coordinating meetings and offsites.
  • Liaise between senior business leaders, COO office and the Operating Committee regarding DESIS initiatives, milestones, project updates, proposals, and planning.

Requirements:
  • MBA or similar field and minimum 15 years of work experience in a business or executive management role.
  • Proven experience in a chief of staff and/or business management role, advising executive leadership, facilitating interdepartmental collaboration, and operations management.
  • Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, inclusion, and trust.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be result-oriented, solution centric.
  • Critical thinking with demonstrated analytical and communication skills.
  • Reputation and track record for collaborating with Business Leaders as a true Business Partner.
