Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisitions Manager

As a Strategic Talent Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in managing high-volume recruitment efforts and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with business objectives
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hires
  • Manage workforce planning initiatives, collaborating with HRBPs and operations teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or team lead role
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in aviation, logistics, or similar operational environments
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR technologies
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in managing high-volume recruitment efforts and building high-performing teams. They will also have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

As a Strategic Talent Acquisitions Manager, you will partner with station managers, HRBPs, and department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver solutions. You will also liaise with external recruitment partners and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in aviation, logistics, or similar operational environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with aviation compliance and security clearance processes is a strong advantage
