Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Overview

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can steer business operations with a customer-centric approach while promoting team growth and operational excellence.

  • Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of business operations, including developing and executing the overall business strategy.
  • Drive operational improvements for business verticals, optimizing resource allocation across teams and measuring progress against business goals.
  • Manage a large, high-performance global team, improving organizational efficiencies and building scalable business processes and infrastructure.
  • Build strategy aligned with growth objectives, leading cross-functional strategic planning activities to plan budgets, expansion plans, and operational plans.
  • Support business growth by collaborating with Sales & Marketing across geographies.
  • Develop and deploy best practices across offerings, collaborating across domains to share and understand best practices and implement where applicable.
  • Lead innovation and value-add efforts between Clients and Concentrix.
  • Strengthen domain capabilities and ensure compliance with all client regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, establishing strong relationships with clients.
Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • 12+ years of operations experience within a BPO/ Contact Centre, managing and running operations.
  • 5+ years of leading programs with a minimum headcount of 300-400 FTE's across 24/7 HOOP.
  • Experience working with technical clients, preferably with expertise in technical support.
  • Proven track record in leading and motivating large teams, attracting and nurturing talent.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding performance metrics and contractual obligations.
  • Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical acumen to streamline complex processes.
