Job Title: Operation Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the optimization of business processes, including goal setting and review, and cross-functional meetings designed to enhance member experience.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities to reduce operational expenses and improve business efficiency.
  • Drive the success of all operational support for property management teams.
  • Develop an effective training program that enables team members to onboard quickly and successfully.
  • Establish KPIs and KRAs for effective management of cities/regions.
  • Define and implement required structure.
  • Ensure team's achievement of property SLAs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality, property management or other related fields.
  • Deep understanding of building financials to continually optimize vendor and team performance.
  • Experience managing teams located in multiple markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to executive level stakeholders to receive necessary resources for success.
  • Understanding of building mechanical systems.
  • Experience opening new business units, including restaurants, hotels, commercial properties, etc.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and property management, with experience in driving process improvements and managing teams. They will be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.
