Job Title: Strategic Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial operations professional to lead our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting with high precision and timeliness.
  • Supervise monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end information with accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial statements by implementing robust internal controls and monitoring systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective invoice processing, tax compliance, and vendor performance management.
  • Develop and present operating and personnel budgets for approval, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor spending and recommend variances as necessary, driving process improvements and efficiency gains throughout the organization.
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards that promote accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial operations.
  • Administer projects effectively, managing work according to technical specifications, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing invoices and purchase orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, staying up-to-date with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets.
  • Lead by example, promoting collaborative learning, collective ownership of responsibilities, and a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team.
