Key Responsibilities

The Office Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities within the corporate office, ensuring that all departments function smoothly and in alignment with organizational objectives.

This involves coordinating work between various teams to ensure seamless workflows, tracking cross-functional tasks, identifying roadblocks, and resolving them promptly.

  • Departmental Oversight: Manage and optimize the operations of departments such as Admin, HR, Finance, Sales Support, Procurement, and Projects, ensuring proper functioning and efficient task execution.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among teams, aligning their efforts to achieve common goals and drive business success.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all office functions, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports from departments, prepare consolidated dashboards, and provide updates to senior management, ensuring timely resolution of issues and trends.
  • Team Management: Allocate tasks to department heads or coordinators, monitor deadlines, pending work, and escalated issues, maintaining high levels of discipline, attendance, and punctuality within the office.
  • Compliance and Communication: Ensure adherence to company policies, rules, and internal guidelines, maintaining open channels of communication between departments and top management, handling operational escalations, and providing prompt resolutions.
