Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Manager - Strategic Initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving thought leadership and executing key initiatives across various internal functions.

You will work closely with our leadership team to identify strategic opportunities and develop holistic understanding on client delivery operations, internal functions operations and governance model of D&A practice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving closure of key action items by following through with stakeholders
  • Developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for various internal functions
  • Tracking performance through KPIs and analyzing operational data

You should have excellent problem-solving acumen, analytical bent of mind, and strong MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint skills. Additionally, you should be a self-starter with high-level of task ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • B.Tech/B.E; MBA is additionally preferred
  • 4-7 years of experience in a cross-functional role, preferably in Analytics domain
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and analytical bent of mind
