Job Title:

Strategic Operations Coordinator

The role of Strategic Operations Coordinator involves overseeing daily administrative activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the property. This includes managing housekeeping, coordinating with courier services, and overseeing general and electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day admin tasks such as property maintenance, courier services, and security management.
  • Coordinate with the Mumbai office team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Provide support for recruitment and training initiatives, working closely with HR teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and the Mumbai office, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
