Job Title: Sales Relationship Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional with a strong background in real estate sales to join our team at Neworld Developers Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Deliver project presentations, walkthroughs, and client briefings to drive business growth through strategic outreach.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Develop and execute plans to increase sales revenue and expand the company's market presence.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and marketing activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop solutions to drive business growth.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
