Associate Growth Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development and strategic partnerships across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Partnerships:
    • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with educational institutions, service providers, and key stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute strategic collaborations to drive growth and revenue opportunities.
    • Represent the organization at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
    • Design and implement B2B outreach strategies to engage decision-makers in the education sector.
  • Student Counseling & Application Support:
    • Conduct personalized counseling sessions with students/applicants to discuss university options.
    • Assist students with applications, including essays and supplemental documents.
    • Provide guidance on standardized tests such as SAT and ACT.
    • Advise on scholarship and financial aid options.
  • School & University Outreach:
    • Establish a robust school network by initiating partnerships for webinars and consultations.
    • Organize and execute engaging on-campus and virtual events to connect students, parents, and educators.
    • Identify opportunities for guest lectures, mentorship sessions, and university fairs.
  • Sales & Market Expansion:
    • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in diverse regions.
    • Initiate phone and video calls with prospective clients.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert partnerships into revenue-generating opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
