Senior Growth Associate

This is a high-ownership role designed for smart, fast-moving graduates from top-tier colleges who want to work directly with founders on growth and partnerships.

You will be deeply involved in driving revenue growth, supporting partnerships, managing workflows, and enabling cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

This position involves hands-on ownership and fast execution. You will work closely with founders to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth & Execution
  • Support outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Track progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
  • Partnership & Strategic Projects
  • Support founders in structuring partnership proposals and GTM plans.
  • Research and identify potential ecosystem partners, events, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Prepare partner decks, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives.
  • Business Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain trackers for pipeline, partnership progress, and growth KPIs.
  • Prepare dashboards, review decks, and performance reports for founders and stakeholders.
  • Operational Support for Growth
  • Coordinate founder calendars around growth deliverables.
  • Ensure real-time visibility on all live growth projects through structured updates.
  • Documentation & Communication
  • Create SOPs for outreach, partnerships, and client onboarding processes.
  • Maintain central documentation for GTM workflows, sales enablement, and proposals.
