Senior Manager Strategic Projects

  • About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to lead strategic initiatives and drive results. As a Senior Manager - Strategic Projects, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and achieve strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role. They should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

  • Lead special projects directly overseen by senior leadership, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Versatile Problem-Solver: Act as a versatile tool for solving any problem, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions
  • Content Development: Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for executive-level presentations
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic objectives
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
  • Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role
  • Comfortable with domestic/overseas travel
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results
  • Education Industry Interest: Demonstrated interest in the Education Industry, with a passion for making a positive impact
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills
