As a Client Servicing Director, you will:
- Oversee the client servicing function for a branch.
- Nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Drive strategic account growth by identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals for high performance and client satisfaction.
- Ensure timely campaign execution while maintaining quality standards.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams for effective solutions.
- Represent us at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.
We seek a leader who:
- Has 6-10 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies).
- Demonstrates strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
- Has experience managing large accounts and multi-industry clients.
- Can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Is a team leader and mentor, capable of guiding and inspiring others.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering value.
