Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Manager
Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced business growth manager to lead our sales efforts in key markets.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture existing relationships with CXOs, founders, decision-makers, and IT leadership to drive repeat business and expansion within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies to stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies.
- Work closely with presales and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering value-added services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-10 years of proven IT services sales experience in India plus at least one global region (US or EMEA).
- Strong understanding of services like Cloud, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas and expanding existing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills, with ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
