Drive Business Growth

As a senior business leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by overseeing sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing revenue growth strategies, building and leading high-performing teams, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding the customer base.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and services, managing product development initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of products and services.

In addition, you will develop and manage profit and loss statements, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will also identify and manage key business risks and build relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills with experience managing P&L for a business unit.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
