Job Title: Strategic HR Leader As a key member of our organization, the Strategic HR Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Human Resources function. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams. Job Description:  Key Responsibilities:    • Partner with business leaders and HR functions to design and implement process transformations and technology enablement strategies.    • Lead the transition of HR work into regional Global Business Services (GBS) locations, collaborating with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders.    • Oversee readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.    • Coordinate process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees.    • Develop and implement transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecards, and escalation frameworks.    • Participate in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans at the local level.    • Support successful transition and implementation of HR Operations at the respective GBS center by driving global consistency in implementation approach and providing support to hiring efforts of GBS HR Operations resources.    • Provide oversight and thought leadership throughout implementation of GBS HR Operations, ensuring successful transition of all in-scope activities to the respective Regional center.    • Provide oversight for business stabilization efforts post-HR GBS HR Operations go-live and supports change management efforts. Required Skills and Qualifications:  Experience: 10+ years in Human Resources, preferably in a global business services environment.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, experience with process transformation and technology enablement, knowledge of HR operations and process management. Benefits:  This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization and contribute to its growth and success.  You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.  Our organization provides a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development. Others:  If you are a motivated and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team.  We look forward to hearing from you
