Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Leader

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Strategic Human Resources Leader to drive our organisational transformation and embed our company culture.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead our HR team to deliver exceptional employee experiences, drive business outcomes, and foster a high-performing work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth and improvement.
  • Lead HR staff to increase knowledge, share best practices, and meet professional standards.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, including data protection, Equality Act, and health and safety legislation.
  • Execute the HR Strategy, managing core areas like Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, and Payroll.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engagement, welfare activities, productivity, and leadership capability.
  • Transform organisational culture, ensuring company values are displayed.
  • Implement diversity, equality, and inclusion plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to develop individual strengths and retention strategies.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in HR or related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in HR role.
  • Commercial acumen and experience using metrics for driving performance.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for leading with integrity.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and approachable manner.
  • A proactive and agile work ethic.
  • Curious mindset for innovative problem-solving.
  • Experience managing skilled teams and making quick decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Thorough attention to detail and time management skills.
  • First-rate communication and presentation skills.
