Job Title: Senior Human Resources Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including labor laws and regulations
  • Foster a collaborative work environment through effective communication and employee relations

Qualifications:

  • Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
  • Experience in administering Employee Benefits
  • Personnel Management skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the industry is highly valued
