
IT Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead the growth of our IT services and staffing accounts.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships with clients, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional results.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing.
They will be responsible for owning key accounts, translating client goals into delivery plans, ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, and managing Service Order Worksheets/Master Service Agreements (SOWs/MSAs).
The successful candidate will also maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand, improve time-to-fill, track account health, pipeline, and forecasts, and flag risks and drive resolutions.
Key Responsibilities- Owning key IT accounts and driving revenue growth through sales and recruitment efforts
- Translating client goals into delivery plans and ensuring SLA adherence
- Managing SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintaining a candidate network aligned to client demand and improving time-to-fill
- Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts, and flagging risks and driving resolutions
- 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Proven revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure, and working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
- MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance, and prior recruitment operations exposure
- Growing IT services/staffing accounts and leading the relationship, delivery, and growth
- Demonstrating strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
