Senior Sales and Partnership Leader Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated senior sales and partnership leader to lead sales, partnerships, and key account management across various customer segments.

This person will be responsible for leading the enterprise sales function, including direct sales of our universal affordability platform solution to specific accounts and vertical-specific GTMs.

They will also be responsible for relationship management and revenue growth of key accounts, laying out and executing on a clear go-to-market strategy involving a combination of direct enterprise sales and vertical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent network and connects in the target corporate customers, market mapping, sales strategy, and plan creation and execution.

They will also have a pulse of the market and rapidly identify new opportunities, drive sales and monetization of Flexmoney's UMAP platform across key enterprise accounts and segments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building a high-performance sales team and culture
  • Setting and beating aggressive revenue and sales targets
  • Identifying and closing distribution licensing partnerships
  • Building and deepening strong relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive successful GTM adoption

Qualifications include:

  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent in business administration or related field
  • 10-15 years of proven experience in relevant field dealing with large customers in the enterprise commerce space
  • Experience in merchant acquiring and partnerships is a must
  • Experience with affordability solutions is a plus
  • Capability to understand technology and whiteboard a solution to enterprise customers
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work cohesively with the ecosystem
  • Excellent customer focus and strong attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills and ability to create a win-win partnership
  • Relationship-management, strategic account planning and management, forecasting, presenting business solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management
  • Good communication skills and passion to overachieve targets
  • Ability to attract good talent, groom, and build a high-performing team
