
Front Office Administrator

This role is a unique blend of hospitality and administration, requiring a seasoned professional to manage the front office operations with exceptional customer service.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations: check-ins/check-outs, billing, phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain accurate Front Desk functions and rectify any lapses in real-time
- Manage daily front office tasks, implementing continuous review and improvement (kaizen)
- Fulfill duty requirements during absence or peak workload
- Track invoices and payments using the accounts team, monitor guest services, and identify VIP arrivals
- Respond to inquiries for short-term and long-term stays, demonstrating a hospitality attitude and excellent verbal/written communication skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospitality Management
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles in 4/5-star hotels
