Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Front Office Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all work requests, ensuring efficient communication with clients and internal teams, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to all incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate work requests, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing data to inform decision-making and drive business results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client data and information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect closed work orders to close calls.
- Produce reports based on collected data.
- Set up reports with collected data for controlling, transparency, and information purposes.
- Maintain the helpdesk work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information.
- Maintain professional appearance at all times.
Required Skills:
- Any Graduate.
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to deal with various types of people.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
