Key Responsibilities
- Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including system integrators, software vendors, and managed service providers.
- Co-Selling & GTM Strategy: Collaborate with partners to create scalable go-to-market strategies that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
- Program Execution & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand clients' reach and impact.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze program performance, using data to derive insights and improve GTM tactics.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliance management or a related field within the B2B technology industry.
- Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Mindset: An outcome-oriented mindset is essential, with a focus on problem-solving and taking complete responsibility for work outcomes.
