Job Title: Global Engagement & Partnership Specialist

The primary role of this position is to support the company's international expansion by establishing and maintaining a strong network of global clients and partners.

This involves managing a database of client contacts, scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring that all interactions are productive and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's business objectives and strategies in relation to international markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners through regular communication and effective engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics for international meetings and events, including travel arrangements and accommodation.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing meeting materials and presentations.
  • Monitor and track client communications, follow-ups, and next steps to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports on client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions.
  • Support event participation, conferences, and networking opportunities abroad.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
  • 3–6 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools, and scheduling platforms.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
