Global Health Strategic Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Global Health vertical, unlocking high-impact opportunities in India, Southeast Asia, and Africa. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading our government partnerships end-to-end by engaging senior stakeholders, securing funding, and shaping large-scale AI initiatives delivering disease surveillance and digital health transformation.

The GH – Growth & Strategy team builds Qure's Global Health facing business across India, Southeast Asia and Africa. Responsibilities include:

• Shaping market strategy – identifying priority countries/states, mapping Ministry of Health ecosystems, sizing AI procurement potential, defining value proposition, and crafting tailored market-entry roadmaps
• Creating large-scale AI programmes – designing multi-disease population-surveillance projects (TB, COPD, lung cancer, heart failure) and opportunities where Qure's AI tools accelerate Govt Digital/eHealth initiatives
• Owning end-end deal cycles – originating, structuring and closing deals navigating tenders, rate-contracts, and grant mechanisms; building channel partnerships (PSUs, multilateral agencies, local distributors) unlocking scale
• Unlocking funding – surfacing and winning bilateral, multilateral and philanthropic financing accelerating AI procurements at state or national level
• Influencing policy & budgets – engaging senior bureaucrats, policymakers and technical committees creating Healthcare-AI budget lines, inclusion in disease-control guidelines and national digital-health programmes
• Stewarding stakeholder relationships – managing a network of Qure partners, Govt stakeholders and global funding partners
• Collaborating internally – translating market needs into product roadmaps, implementation playbooks and evidence-generation studies with Qure's Implementation, Clinical Affairs and Client Success teams

Success includes establishing Qure as a leading AI player in public health systems, securing government budgets/international financing for AI-led screening programs, and executing multi-year government contracts accelerating national digital health goals.

We seek individuals who rapidly cut through complexity, lead with relationships, execute relentlessly, and demonstrate strong ownership driving high-impact projects from vision to reality.

Key requirements include 3-8 years experience in Enterprise Business Development/Growth/Public Health/Med-Device or Govt Advisory, strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and travel preparedness.

Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills

Enterprise Business Development Experience

A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in Enterprise Business Development, Growth, Public Health, Med-Device, or Govt Advisory is required for this role.
