  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and publish engaging content, including emails, newsletters, and intranet articles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and formatting internal communication materials, such as email campaigns and announcements.

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including townhalls and leadership connections.

    ">

  • Providing logistical and creative support for internal events, such as Foundation Day and CSR drives.

    ">

  • Maintaining archives of communication assets, photos, and video content.

    ">

  • Monitoring corporate social media handles and tracking engagement metrics.

    ">

  • Drafting posts and coordinating approvals with relevant departments.

    ">

  • Maintaining a calendar of communication activities and providing weekly/monthly updates.

    ">

  • Tracking and reporting basic analytics on communication initiatives.

Requirements

  • ">

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications or marketing.

    ">

  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content roles is an added advantage.

    ">

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

    ">

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms.

    ">

  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.

  • Capable to multitask and meet timelines.

  • Proactive and enthusiastic to take up new challenges and tasks.
