- Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, leveraging your expertise to drive business results.

- Account Management Experience: 10+ years in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
- Enterprise IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure, with experience in CRM systems and data-driven engagement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
