Client Engagement Role Overview

  • Continuous Improvement: Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services, maintaining knowledge of industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively.
Requirements:
  • Account Management Experience: 10+ years in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Enterprise IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure, with experience in CRM systems and data-driven engagement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
