Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Digital Transformation Leader to drive our efforts in providing IT & Staffing solutions.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the digital solution segment.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a results-driven culture, motivating team members to meet and surpass sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop sales forecasts, business plans, and budgets for the digital portfolio.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing large deals.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
Sales Strategy Execution:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT solutions and digital transformation.
  • Provide thought leadership and insights to clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Engage in regular business reviews and account management to understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification in sales or IT solutions is a plus.

Experience:

  • At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers, enterprise applications, and infrastructure management.
