Digital Innovation Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Innovation Leader to spearhead our organization's digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management and technology leadership, with experience in driving strategic initiatives that yield significant business value.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in digital transformation, product management, and technology leadership to drive strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, customers, and partners, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop corresponding digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to design, develop, and deploy innovative digital products and services that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the organization, encouraging risk-taking, learning, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 8-15 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or technology leadership, preferably in an engineering, computer science, data science, or related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • MBA (preferred) – with specialization in Technology, Operations, or Product Management.
  • Certification in AI/ML, Product Management, or Cloud Technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience in Data Science, Data Lakes, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least one additional programming language (Java, C++, R, or JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks.
Secondary Skills:
  • Product management and lifecycle ownership.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Change management and digital adoption strategies.
