Job Description

As a ServiceNow Systems Architect at HCLTech, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and how to leverage them to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies by ensuring that all ServiceNow implementations are aligned with these principles.
  • To ensure positive customer experience and high levels of satisfaction through effective ticket resolution and timely SLA achievement.
  • To participate in new business creation, contributing to proposal development and driving Service improvement plans.
  • To independently resolve complex tickets, ensuring that agreed-upon SLAs for ticket volume and time are met.
  • To provide support for on-call escalations and L3-level support, as well as incident and problem management.
  • To work on value-added activities such as Knowledge Base updates and management, training freshers, coaching analysts, and conducting interviews or participating in hiring drives.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Configuration Management as it relates to ITIL and experience in implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
  • Administration of a ServiceNow instance, including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all existing solutions requiring revisions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Minimum ServiceNow CSA certification.
  • ITIL certification/CIS/ServiceNow certification is an advantage.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
