We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions.

Job Summary:

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in ServiceNow GRC development, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The successful candidate will have experience working with ServiceNow applications such as GRC, IRM, BCM, CC, VR, and TPRM, and hold a ServiceNow CSA certificate.

The ideal candidate will be able to architect solutions, test code, deploy and build CI/CD pipelines, provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow GRC components;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements;
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on ServiceNow GRC-related issues;
  • Maintain accurate records of development activities, including project plans, status updates, and lessons learned;
  • Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ServiceNow GRC development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow GRC development, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance;
  • Experience working with ServiceNow applications such as GRC, IRM, BCM, CC, VR, and TPRM;
  • ServiceNow CSA certificate;
  • ServiceNow certification in GRC, IRM, TPRM, Vulnerability, BCM, ITIL, or willingness to learn;
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and tools;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python Scripting, Shell/PowerShell Scripting, and Ansible;
  • Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows operating systems, and willingness to develop further;
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java/DotNet;
  • Agile and DevOps way of working.

What We Offer:

Kyndryl offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
