This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow ITOM Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow applications and modules, meeting the needs of our organization.

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in ServiceNow development, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
  • Customizing and configuring workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components
  • Implementing and configuring ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, such as discovery, Service Mapping, Event management, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
  • Collaborating with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data within the CMDB
  • Maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other monitoring tools and systems
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including discovery, Service Mapping, Event management, and CMDB
  • Expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflow automation, and integration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
