Senior Manager - Performance Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts. This role focuses on optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid media channels.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing spends while ensuring campaigns deliver results.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor marketing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously optimize landing pages, user flows, and drop-offs to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
  • Reports and Insights: Monitor reports and provide actionable insights on campaign performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a similar role and category.
  • Strong analytical skills and operational knowledge of marketing analytics tools.
  • Proficient in managing digital advertising platforms.
  • Good understanding of Martech solutions.
