Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Cluster Manager. This position is responsible for leading a team of Key Account Managers and Equity Relationship Managers in Partner Alliances. The successful candidate will be tasked with training, motivating, and increasing productivity within the team.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for acquiring new Franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Remisers. They will build strong relationships with Partners (APs & DGs) and assist them in onboarding clients across various products.

In addition, the successful candidate will conduct training sessions for Partners on all company products, including Direct Equity and Investment products such as Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits. They will work closely with the products and training teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Key Account Managers and Equity Relationship Managers in Partner Alliances
  2. Train and motivate team members to increase productivity
  3. Acquire new Franchisees, IFAs, and Remisers
  4. Build strong relationships with Partners (APs & DGs)
  5. Assist Partners in onboarding clients across various products
  6. Conduct training sessions for Partners on all company products
  7. Evaluate and improve services provided to Partners
