Job Description

We seek a seasoned LinkedIn professional to elevate our brand presence, attract top talent, and generate qualified leads for our IT consulting services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of growth strategy and B2B lead generation, with at least 3+ years of proven experience in these areas. They will also have successfully managed or grown a company page or personal brand with measurable results, and be able to share campaigns/posts that drove engagement or leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a content calendar (posts, articles, video ideas) to increase brand visibility.
  • Optimize company and leadership profiles for maximum visibility on LinkedIn.
  • Run outreach and engagement campaigns targeting IT leaders, Salesforce prospects, and talent pools.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide weekly reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR for recruitment and brand awareness initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy and B2B marketing.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, hashtags, content algorithms, and paid campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and creative storytelling abilities.
