Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Seller Enablement professional to join our team.

This role will involve driving the success of third-party sellers on Walmart Marketplace by providing them with tools, resources, and support.

The successful candidate will enable internal sales and account management teams to deliver on their responsibilities and goals, while also measuring seller satisfaction through feedback analysis and action.

Additionally, this role will involve partnering with product and engineering teams to advocate for seller needs and creating high-quality seller-facing content and guides.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data are essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive seller enablement strategies to improve performance, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Identify seller pain points and design scalable solutions.

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to advocate for seller needs.
  • Create high-quality seller-facing content and guides.
  • Monitor key seller performance metrics and analyze trends.
  • Present data-driven insights to leadership.
Requirements:
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree
  • 5+ years of program management experience
  • 3+ years of e-commerce industry experience
  • Proven track record of developing successful programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
