Job Title: Senior Executive Client Servicing

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Executive Client Servicing. This role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand communication and be able to translate client requirements into effective advertising solutions. They will also possess excellent presentation and project management skills.

This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about advertising, branding, and creative storytelling. The selected candidate will work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs.
  • Brief internal teams clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end.
  • Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Social media handling - preferred as an additional qualification.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for advertising, branding, and creative storytelling.
