Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Expansion Strategist located in Kolkata. We are seeking to join our Frontier Brands as one of our founding team members. This role is critical to our mission of identifying and partnering with small businesses and emerging brands in the consumer goods sector to help them achieved 10X to 50X growth through strategic collaboration and concentrated brand building efforts.

in the field you will be the face of Frontier Brands in the market responsible for building our database of potential partners, mapping territories and establishing meaningful relationships with brand owners who share our vision for transformative growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Database Development and Market research
  • conduct deep market research to identify key players in various sub industries with consumer goods
  • track competitor activities and market trends to ind=form strategic position
  • reach out to brand owners and entrepreneur to present Frontier Brands value pro position was a co-builder and growth partner
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Experience in Payroll Administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Field work
  • Bachelor's degree,Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
