About the Role

We're looking for a creative and conversion-focused
Copywriter
to join our growing team at
GrowthStudioz
. In this role, you won't just be writing—you'll be
shaping buyer journeys
,
crafting high-performing ad narratives
, and collaborating closely with designers, media buyers, and strategists to fuel D2C brand growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Research customer
    pain points, desires, objections
    , and language tone to write emotionally resonant copy
  • Write
    high-converting video ad scripts
    for Meta platforms, often for
    AI voiceover or UGC-style delivery
  • Ideate and script
    product launch campaigns
    , ads, and email sequences
  • Craft compelling
    product descriptions, landing page banners
    , and website copy
  • Structure
    copy across the funnel
    —top, middle, and bottom—with intent and clarity
  • Contribute to
    UGC-style ads
    that sound
    real, conversational
    , and native to the platform
  • Write
    blogs
    to support content marketing goals and SEO
  • Test and optimize copy based on
    performance metrics
    like CTR, CPC, and ROAS
  • Collaborate with designers to contribute
    visual-first creative ideas
  • Cut, break, and sequence video scripts with natural rhythm and flow

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in
    copywriting or content creation
    (freelance counts)
  • Strong grasp of
    direct-response and performance marketing copy
  • Ability to write for diverse digital channels:
    Meta, Google Ads, websites, emails, and blogs
  • Knack for
    understanding user psychology
    and turning insights into impactful copy
  • Comfort with
    feedback loops, quick turnarounds
    , and performance-driven testing
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
  • Bonus: Experience working with
    D2C brands
    or in a performance marketing setup
