Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth by developing and executing influencer-led campaigns that align with sales and brand objectives.
• Identify and onboard influencers who can contribute to revenue expansion and market penetration.
• Build long-term partnerships with creators, agencies, and platforms to strengthen the brand ecosystem.
• Negotiate collaborations and secure win-win deals that maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate influencer strategies into overall business goals.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and present insights to leadership for decision-making.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to unlock new business opportunities through influencer channels.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, or partnerships.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through creator or brand collaborations.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business strategies.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to create new opportunities.
