About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Overseas Recruitment and Blue Collar Staffing operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to international hiring processes, workforce mobilization, and client coordination across the EMEA and Gulf regions. The intern will gain an end-to-end understanding of global recruitment dynamics in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for overseas (blue-collar) positions across industries such as manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, and retail.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Support visa documentation, onboarding coordination, and deployment tracking.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reporting dashboards.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients for candidate scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and market research related to overseas manpower trends.

  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online sourcing platforms
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
