We are looking for a high-performing and strategic Regional Manager – Franchise Expansion to drive Livspace's multi-category franchise growth in North, East, and Central India. This role involves identifying high-potential markets, onboarding capable franchise partners across categories, and building a strong local team structure to ensure rapid and sustainable expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Planning
Drive the launch of 400+ franchise stores across Kitchens, Casanatro, Furnishing, and Furniture categories in assigned regions.
- Develop region-wise expansion plans considering market potential, demand clusters, and competition mapping.
Identify Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities with strong demand for modular interiors, furniture, and furnishing solutions.
Franchise Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify, meet, and convert potential franchise partners across categories.
- Ensure franchisees meet Livspace's selection criteria – financial capability, business alignment, and growth orientation.
Guide partners through agreement sign-off, store setup, display planning, and launch readiness.
Team Building & Management
Build and manage a high-performance multi-city team (AGMs).
- Create scalable team structures to support store launches, post-launch handholding, and business ramp-up.
Define category-specific KPIs, performance benchmarks, and productivity norms.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with central design, product, marketing, and operations teams to support different franchise categories.
- Align with central functions for store branding, hiring, staff training, and digital lead generation.
Coordinate with project & supply chain teams for GFC drawings, installation, and execution support.
Franchise Partner Success & Retention
Ensure timely store go-live and strong revenue ramp-up across categories.
- Build long-term partner relationships, reduce attrition risk, and strengthen Livspace's brand reputation across regions.
