The role of a Marketing and Brand Communications Manager involves leading brand and communication efforts.

A seasoned professional with 10-12 years of experience in marketing communications is required.

This includes managing integrated marketing execution, particularly in consumer-focused industries like garments or fashion retail.

  • Develop and implement strategies for advertising/media agencies, evaluating and implementing 360-degree creative planning and media strategy.
  • Design and execute brand communication for the brand, aligning with corporate guidelines.
  • Recommend and manage all brand activity to ensure fit with brand strategy.

You will be responsible for end-to-end brand communication, including campaigns, influencer marketing, content, and storytelling.

  • Strengthen the brand presence through above-the-line (ATL), below-the-line (BTL), and trade promotion activities.
  • Develop multi-channel marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Packaging development and design aesthetics.

In this position, you will also be responsible for event/exhibition management, strategic and tactical campaign deployment, and analyzing performance metrics such as return on investment (ROI), engagement, and brand health.
