Livspace is a leading omnichannel home interiors and renovation platform in Asia, serving customers across multiple locations. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated Channel Partnerships Manager to join our team in Bengaluru.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing channel partners in the designated zone, focusing on building strong relationships with real estate brokers and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit and engage with existing and new channel partners to establish a strong influence within the network.
  • Maintain a consistent flow of customer leads through the help of these partners.
  • Evaluate the quality of leads, ensuring they meet the required standards (Experience Centre Visits or Site Visits per Customer Lead).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of satisfaction among our channel partners.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to guarantee prompt action on customer requests.
  • Build trust, foster effective communication, and promote company services to maintain positive engagement with channel partners while preserving the brand's image by adhering to an appropriate code of conduct.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with real estate channel partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate broker operations.
  • Excellent sales skills and ability to connect with channel partners and end customers alike.
  • Possession of a valid two-wheeler license.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi or the local language.
  • Strong motivation and target-driven approach.
  • Flexibility with work hours and schedule availability.

Salary: ₹12 Lakhs - ₹18 Lakhs per annum
