About the Role:

">A country sales manager is required to lead our sales team in South East Asia. The ideal candidate will be based in India and travel to regions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

">• Manage regional distributors/dealers
• Develop a shared destiny mindset
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams
• Establish company sales processes and values
• Support sales team competency building through effective handholding
• Establish product delivery systems
• Plan sales promotions to achieve business objectives
• Build relationships with finance companies
• Ensure adherence to local laws affecting distribution and retailing

Requirements:

">An MBA in sales/marketing or IB, minimum 8 years of experience in direct or indirect sales, ability to motivate and build an effective team. Candidates with experience in 2W S&S, 3W S&S, marketing, FMCG, or B2C sales are encouraged to apply.">
