Regional Director Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Director to lead our regional operations. This is a dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong ability to drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key financial institutions and corporate agents across the region.
  • Identify and onboard new partners through consultative B2B engagement, showcasing our capabilities in credit life, broking, corporate agency, and group insurance.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with national strategy, ensuring market penetration and achieving regional targets through partner channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations, resolving escalations and ensuring smooth operations across partner touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners, providing market intelligence and competition mapping to influence product strategy.
  • Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
